This policy explains how MoneyFetch uses artificial intelligence to power FetchAI features, what data is shared with our AI provider, and how you can control this.
AI features are optional. You can use MoneyFetch for manual expense tracking, budgets, and recurring payments without ever enabling AI features. Accepting this AI data processing consent is separate from accepting our Privacy Policy.

To deliver these features, FetchAI sends relevant data to our AI provider, Anthropic, PBC.
AI data processing requires your explicit and separate consent. This is distinct from your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When you first open FetchAI in the app, you will see a clear consent screen explaining what data will be shared. You must actively agree before any of your data is sent to Anthropic.
You can withdraw this consent at any time in App Settings → Privacy → AI Data Processing. Withdrawing consent disables FetchAI features but does not affect the rest of the app.
When you use FetchAI features, the following data may be sent to Anthropic for processing:

MoneyFetch stores your FetchAI conversation history on our own servers (AWS, United States) so you can access it within the app. This includes:
This data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can clear your conversation history at any time in the app. Upon account deletion, conversation data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can withdraw your AI data processing consent at any time:
Withdrawing consent will immediately disable FetchAI features. Your existing transaction data and other app features remain unaffected.
If we change our AI provider or significantly change how AI data is processed, we will notify you in the app and request your consent again before continuing to use AI features.
