Welcome to MoneyFetch! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoneyFetch mobile application ("App") provided by BlueHealthUS, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

4.1 Tokens

Token packages are offered at prices displayed in the App. Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the following platforms depending on your device:

Apple App Store — for iOS devices

Google Play Store** — for Android devices with Google Play Services

Stripe, Inc.** — for Huawei devices and other Android devices without Google Play Services

By making a purchase, you agree to the respective platform's terms of service. We do not have direct access to your payment card details.

4.4 No Refunds

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

4.5 Token Expiration

Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4.6 Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the financial data you input into the App.

By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

The SMS reading feature accesses messages from banking institutions only. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data extracted from SMS messages.

9.5 AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI Responses: The App uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide insights, analyze receipts, and respond to questions. AI-generated content is created automatically by machine learning algorithms and is NOT reviewed, verified, or endorsed by BlueHealthUS, Inc. or any human expert.

Token Consumption: Tokens are consumed when AI generates a response. Tokens are non-refundable regardless of whether you find the AI response useful, accurate, or satisfactory.
